Presently I work in organization where "simple is the word", where people have really hard time figuring out what to press on their Blackberries to get what they want and where things break because they aren't simple enough. If you have never used a computer, that looks like a VERY complicated tool. However, once you learn the basic (same as driving and anything else), yiu manage to be proficient. Same for the smartphone. You learn the basics and you'll never believe how much time you can save. Obviously some people are the exception and waste their time texting and rest.
